These terms are designed for online education and course-based services. For online transactions in India, businesses are expected to clearly disclose key information such as refund, cancellation, payment and grievance-related details to users.

This communication may include course details, webinar links, reminders, learning material, payment links, support messages, offers, updates and business growth content.

8. Payments and Fees

All fees for courses, webinars, workshops, mentorships or consulting services must be paid as per the price mentioned on the website, proposal, invoice, sales page or official communication.

Payment may be accepted through:

• Net banking
• Payment gateway
• EMI or third-party finance, if available

Wealth Smart Learning reserves the right to change course fees, offers, discounts and payment plans at any time. However, changes will not affect payments already completed for a specific program unless otherwise communicated.

9. Taxes

All course fees, consulting fees or program fees may be subject to GST or other applicable taxes.

Where GST invoice is required, the user must provide correct billing details, GST number and business information at the time of payment or within the allowed time.

Wealth Smart Learning will not be responsible for incorrect invoice details if wrong information is provided by the user.

10. Course Access

After successful payment and registration, course access may be provided through:

Access period may vary from course to course. The course access duration will be mentioned on the relevant offer page or communicated separately.

Wealth Smart Learning may suspend or cancel access if the user violates these Terms and Conditions.

11. Attendance and Participation

For best results, mentees are expected to:

• Attend all live classes
• Watch all recordings, if provided
• Complete assignments
• Implement the given frameworks
• Participate sincerely
• Ask relevant questions
• Respect mentors and other participants
• Follow community rules

Non-attendance, non-participation or lack of implementation will not create any automatic right to refund, extension or personal coaching.

12. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds will be governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our website.

Wealth Smart Learning may offer a 100% refund promise for eligible courses where the mentee completes the course, attends the classes, follows the instructions, implements sincerely and still receives no practical benefit, subject to verification and conditions mentioned in the Refund Policy.

Duplicate payments, failed payments and cancellation requests will be handled as per the Refund Policy and payment gateway norms. Accepted refund requests should be processed within a reasonable period as per applicable consumer and e-commerce principles.

13. No Misuse of Refund Promise

The refund promise is created to protect genuine learners.

It must not be misused by:

• Joining only to access content and then claiming refund
• Downloading material and asking refund without implementation
• Sharing course material outside
• Submitting false proof
• Not attending classes
• Not implementing the instructions
• Acting in bad faith

Wealth Smart Learning reserves the right to reject refund requests where misuse, bad faith or violation of terms is found.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Wealth Smart Learning is the intellectual property of Wealth Smart Learning and/or its authorised creators.

This includes:

• Templates
• SOP formats
• Presentations
• Frameworks
• Course modules
• Scripts

• Logos, brand names and designs

You are not allowed to copy, record, reproduce, sell, share, distribute, upload, modify or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

15. Limited Personal Use Licence

When you purchase a course or program, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the learning material for your personal learning or your own business implementation.

You cannot:

• Upload videos publicly
• Distribute PDFs or templates
• Train others using our material commercially
• Create competing programs from our content
• Use our brand name without permission

Violation of this clause may result in cancellation of access and legal action.

16. Recording of Sessions

You are not allowed to record our live sessions separately without written permission.

If you are added to any WhatsApp group, Telegram group, LMS community, Zoom room or online forum, you must follow discipline and respectful communication.

You must not:

• Use abusive language
• Promote your own products without permission
• Share spam messages
• Share political or religious hate content
• Harass any participant
• Share confidential discussions outside
• Misuse contact details of other participants
• Post misleading claims
• Share unauthorised links or promotions

Wealth Smart Learning may remove any participant from the group or course without refund if community rules are violated.

18. User-Generated Content

If you submit comments, testimonials, feedback, questions, assignments, business details, screenshots, reviews, success stories, photos or videos, you confirm that the content is genuine and does not violate any law or third-party rights.

By voluntarily submitting testimonials, feedback, reviews, photos or success stories, you allow Wealth Smart Learning to use them for educational, promotional and marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

19. Confidentiality

During mentorship, consulting or business diagnosis, you may share business information with Wealth Smart Learning.

Wealth Smart Learning will take reasonable care to keep such information confidential. However, you should not share highly sensitive information, passwords, bank credentials, trade secrets or confidential documents unless necessary and agreed.

The user is also expected to keep course discussions, mentor guidance, templates, frameworks and community discussions confidential.

• User login errors

If a user purchases a course at one price, he/she cannot claim refund or adjustment only because a discount is offered later.

Certificate does not represent any government licence, university degree, statutory qualification or regulatory approval unless specifically mentioned.

25. Consulting and Done-With-You Services

If Wealth Smart Learning provides consulting, business diagnosis, SOP development, automation guidance, sales system support, cash flow review or any customised service, the scope will be defined separately in writing.

Any work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Consulting output depends on information provided by the client. Wealth Smart Learning will not be responsible for wrong advice or incomplete output caused by incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the client.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth Smart Learning will not be liable for:

• Business loss
• Loss of profit
• Loss of opportunity
• Loss of goodwill
• Loss due to non-implementation
• Loss due to market conditions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party platform failures
• User’s own business decisions

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

27. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wealth Smart Learning, its directors, mentors, team members, employees, consultants and partners from any claim, loss, liability, expense or damage arising from:
