1. Introduction
At Wealth Smart Learning, we are committed to providing practical business education, MSME growth courses, mentorship, coaching, systems training, sales growth guidance, cash flow management learning, automation education and business development support.
Our objective is to help business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals and mentees learn practical strategies for business growth. We believe in delivering high-value education and genuine support to our learners.
This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which a mentee, learner, participant or client may request a refund for any paid course, webinar, mentorship, coaching program or business growth program offered by Wealth Smart Learning.
For online sales, refund terms should be clearly available to users before purchase, and accepted refund requests should be processed within a reasonable period as required under Indian e-commerce consumer rules.
2. Our 100% Learning and Implementation Refund Promise
Wealth Smart Learning offers a 100% refund policy for eligible courses where the mentee has genuinely completed the course, attended the classes, followed the instructions, implemented the learnings sincerely and still did not receive any practical benefit from the program.
This refund promise is based on honest learning, sincere implementation and fair evaluation.
3. Eligibility for 100% Refund
A mentee may be eligible for a 100% refund only if all the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The mentee has paid the full course fee.
- The mentee has attended all live classes or watched all recorded classes, wherever applicable.
- The mentee has completed the full course duration.
- The mentee has completed assignments, worksheets, implementation tasks or action steps given during the course.
- The mentee has implemented the instructions, strategies, systems or frameworks taught in the course.
- The mentee has maintained reasonable proof of implementation.
- The mentee has participated sincerely and not merely purchased the course for refund benefit.
- The mentee has submitted the refund request within the allowed refund claim period.
- The mentee has cooperated with Wealth Smart Learning during the review process.
- The mentee has not violated the course terms, community rules, intellectual property rules or code of conduct.
4. What is “No Benefit” for Refund Purpose?
For the purpose of this Refund Policy, “no benefit” means that despite genuine participation and implementation, the mentee could not achieve any meaningful improvement, learning clarity, business direction, system improvement, cash flow clarity, sales process improvement, team management clarity, mindset improvement or practical business understanding from the course.
Benefit does not mean guaranteed profit, guaranteed revenue, guaranteed sales, guaranteed business growth or guaranteed financial result. Business results depend on execution, market conditions, product quality, pricing, team, competition, cash flow, customer behaviour and other external factors.
5. Proof Required for 100% Refund Claim
To claim refund under the 100% refund promise, the mentee may be required to submit:
- Course registration details
- Payment receipt
- Attendance record
- Assignment or worksheet completion proof
- Business implementation proof
- Screenshots, reports, notes, SOPs, sales scripts, cash flow sheets or action plans prepared during the course
- Written explanation of what was implemented
- Written explanation of why the mentee believes no benefit was received
- Any other reasonable information required for fair review
6. Refund Review Process
After receiving a refund request, Wealth Smart Learning will review the case fairly.
The process may include:
- Verification of course payment
- Verification of course attendance
- Review of assignment completion
- Review of implementation proof
- Review call with the mentee, if required
- Internal evaluation by the program team
- Approval or rejection of refund request with reason
The refund decision will be based on sincere participation, completion, implementation and the facts of the case.
7. General Refund Policy
A. Refund before Course Start
If a mentee requests cancellation before the course starts, Wealth Smart Learning may allow refund after deducting payment gateway charges, administrative charges, taxes or any other non-recoverable cost.
Suggested standard rule: Refund request before course start: Eligible for refund, subject to deduction of applicable charges.
B. Refund after Course Start
Once the course has started, refund will not be automatic. Refund after course start will be considered only under:
- The 100% Learning and Implementation Refund Promise; or
- Exceptional circumstances approved by Wealth Smart Learning; or
- Duplicate payment or technical payment error.
C. No Refund for Non-Attendance
No refund will be provided if the mentee:
- Does not attend classes
- Does not watch recordings
- Does not complete assignments
- Does not implement the instructions
- Leaves the course midway
- Does not participate sincerely
- Fails to use the support system provided by Wealth Smart Learning
D. No Refund for Change of Mind
No refund will be provided only because the mentee:
- Changed his/her mind after purchase
- Became busy
- Did not manage time
- Did not like the teaching style after attending partially
- Purchased the course without reading details
- Expected personal consulting where only course access was purchased
- Expected guaranteed profit, guaranteed sales or guaranteed revenue
E. Refund for Duplicate Payment
If a mentee has made duplicate payment for the same course, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
The mentee must share:
- Name
- Registered mobile number
- Email ID
- Course name
- Transaction ID
- Payment screenshot or bank proof
F. Failed Payment / Debited but Not Confirmed
If the payment amount is debited from the mentee’s account but the course registration is not confirmed, the mentee should contact Wealth Smart Learning with payment proof.
Such cases may be resolved either by confirming the course registration or by initiating refund after payment gateway verification. RBI has issued a framework for turnaround time and compensation for failed transactions through authorised payment systems.
G. Refund for Downloadable or Digital Material
If the course includes downloadable material, templates, recordings, worksheets, SOP formats, business tools, PDFs, digital resources or premium learning content, refund may be restricted after access has been provided.
However, if the mentee qualifies under the 100% Learning and Implementation Refund Promise, the case may still be reviewed.
H. Refund for Live Webinars
For low-ticket webinars, masterclasses, workshops or introductory sessions, refund may not be available once the webinar link, recording or learning access has been shared.
However, if the webinar is cancelled by Wealth Smart Learning and no alternative date is provided, refund may be issued.
I. Refund for Mentorship / Coaching Programs
For mentorship or coaching programs, refund will be based on:
- Number of sessions attended
- Access given to content
- Work completed by the team
- Mentorship hours already delivered
- Implementation review
- Terms agreed at the time of enrollment
The 100% refund promise may apply only where the mentee has fully completed the program and implemented the instructions sincerely.
J. Refund for Consulting or Done-With-You Services
For consulting, business diagnosis, SOP creation, sales system design, automation advisory, cash flow review, team training or customised business work, refund will depend on the stage of work completed.
If work has already started or deliverables have already been provided, full refund may not be available unless specifically promised in writing.
8. Time Limit to Claim Refund
Refund request must be submitted within the following period:

Refund claims made after the above period may be rejected.
9. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, Wealth Smart Learning will process the refund within 7 to 15 working days, subject to bank, payment gateway and administrative processing timelines.
Refund will normally be made to the original payment method used by the mentee.
10. Deductions from Refund
Where applicable, the following may be deducted from the refund amount:
- Payment gateway charges
- Bank charges
- GST or tax component, if already paid and non-adjustable
- Administrative charges
- Cost of physical material, if dispatched
- Cost of third-party tools, certificates or platform access
- Any other non-recoverable cost already incurred
For the 100% Learning and Implementation Refund Promise, Wealth Smart Learning may waive deductions if the case is genuinely approved under the guarantee.
11. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund will not be available in the following cases:
- Mentee did not attend the course.
- Mentee did not complete the course.
- Mentee did not implement the instructions.
- Mentee failed to submit implementation proof.
- Mentee violated community rules.
- Mentee shared course material without permission.
- Mentee used abusive, fraudulent or unethical conduct.
- Mentee demanded refund without genuine reason.
- Mentee expected guaranteed income or guaranteed sales.
- Mentee purchased the wrong course without checking details.
- Mentee misused the refund policy.
12. Course Transfer Instead of Refund
In suitable cases, Wealth Smart Learning may offer:
- Transfer to another batch
- Transfer to another course
- Extension of access period
- Additional support session
- Credit note for future program
- Course upgrade adjustment
This may be offered as an alternative to refund, depending on the case.
13. Cancellation by Wealth Smart Learning
If Wealth Smart Learning cancels a course, webinar, workshop or program and does not provide an alternative batch, date, recording or substitute learning access, eligible mentees may receive a refund.
If an alternative batch, date or recording is provided, refund may not be automatic.
14. EMI / Loan / Third-Party Finance Payments
If the mentee has purchased the course through EMI, loan, credit card EMI, BNPL or any third-party finance arrangement, refund will be subject to the terms of the finance provider, bank, payment gateway and Wealth Smart Learning.
The mentee will remain responsible for any EMI, interest, processing fee, foreclosure fee or finance charges imposed by the third-party finance provider.
15. Chargeback Policy
Before raising a chargeback with the bank or payment provider, the mentee should first contact Wealth Smart Learning at info@wealthsmartlearning.com.
If a chargeback is raised without giving Wealth Smart Learning an opportunity to resolve the matter, course access may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.
16. Intellectual Property and Access After Refund
If refund is approved and paid:
- Course access may be cancelled.
- Community access may be removed.
- Download rights may be withdrawn.
- Certificates may be cancelled.
- Mentee must not use, copy, share, sell or distribute course material.
- Any confidential material, templates or worksheets must not be circulated publicly.
All course content, videos, worksheets, frameworks, templates, SOPs, scripts, presentations and learning material remain the intellectual property of Wealth Smart Learning.
17. No Misuse of Refund Guarantee
The 100% refund policy is created to protect genuine learners, not to encourage misuse.
Wealth Smart Learning reserves the right to reject refund requests if it appears that the mentee:
- Joined only to access content and then claim refund
- Did not participate sincerely
- Did not implement the course instructions
- Submitted false or misleading information
- Misused community access
- Copied or distributed course material
- Acted in bad faith
18. Result Disclaimer
Wealth Smart Learning provides business education, mentorship, frameworks, training, tools, guidance and learning support.
We do not guarantee fixed income, guaranteed profit, guaranteed sales, guaranteed business growth, guaranteed funding, guaranteed loan approval, guaranteed IPO, guaranteed valuation or guaranteed financial outcome.
Results depend on the mentee’s implementation, business model, team, market conditions, product/service quality, pricing, competition, customer demand, financial discipline and other business factors.

Consumers in India may also use the National Consumer Helpline for consumer grievance support.
20. Right to Modify Refund Policy
Wealth Smart Learning reserves the right to modify, update or change this Refund Policy from time to time.
The updated policy will be published on the website. The refund policy applicable at the time of course purchase shall generally apply to that purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
21. Acceptance of Refund Policy
By purchasing any course, webinar, workshop, mentorship, coaching program or consulting service from Wealth Smart Learning, the mentee confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted this Refund Policy.
Refund Policy: Wealth Smart Learning offers a 100% refund promise for genuine mentees who complete the course, attend all classes, implement the instructions sincerely and still do not receive practical benefit. Refunds are subject to verification of attendance, completion, implementation proof and policy conditions. Duplicate payments or failed payment cases will be reviewed and refunded after verification. Course access may be cancelled after refund approval.
